General Questions

A true 24-hour market, Forex trading begins each day in Sydney, and moves around the globe as the business day begins in each financial center, first to Tokyo, then London, and New York. No, they can't. Any trading activity takes place on the Strategy Manager's account and is copied proportionally onto your investment account.

Each time your Strategy Manager opens a trade, you open a position at the same time with the same price based on you and your Strategy Manager's equity.
The formula is: Ratio = Investor Equity/ Strategy Manager Equity.
Example: If the Investor's equity is 1000 USD and the Manager's Equity is 200 then:
Ratio= 1000/200 = 5
When the Manager BUYS 1 lot of EUR/USD, based on the ratio (= 5), the investment account will BUY 5 lots of EUR/USD at the same price.

Yes, every 30 days you will receive via email an investment account statement. By clicking “download your full report here" you can see all closed trades and profit share (%) paid to your Strategy Manager for the period.

Deposits Questions

Read the terms of the proposed investment strategy and make a deposit to your desired plan using the deposit section in your account. Send the Indicated amount from any Bitcoin wallet or Ethereum Wallet to the wallet address generated for your account. The deposit will be credited as soon as the funds are confirmed.

Withdrawal Questions


You can withdraw your profit from all of our investment plans once the trading period of such package elapses.

Your request was possibly declined because of one of the reasons below:

- Insufficient balance.
- No trading activity since last deposit.
- Incorrect details.
- Insufficient free margin to cover open positions.
- Payment method used for withdrawal is different from the one used to deposit.
- Withdrawal doesn't cover payment system charges. - Additional information requested was not provided. - Third-party transfer request.
- Name was written in English (China Union Pay).
